Too Small to Fail (TSTF) Talking is Teaching Creative Submissions
Thank you for submitting your Talking is Teaching creative items, including, but not limited to clothing, textiles, photos, videos, and printed items (posters, bookmarks, flyers, etc...).
Please fill out the form as completely as possible.

Upload Instructions:
Creative files
• Please upload creative in their original design files with the ability to edit.
Photos
• Photos should be submitted as high-resolution JPEG files and not embedded in a document (i.e ZIP file).
• Photos which measure greater than 3,000 pixels and/or are 300 dpi are ideal.
• Photos should be at least 1 MB in size and no greater than 8 MB.
Videos
• Videos should be at least 1920x1080 in resolution.
Please include as much information as you can about the files you're submitting, including location, description of what the photo or video shows, names of any individuals featured, etc.
Please be patient when you hit the "submit" button. Depending on the speed of your internet connection and the size of your photo files, completing the transfer may take up to a few minutes.

Terms and Conditions:
By submitting a digital proof of my design and/or other content (my "Submission") to the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation (the "Foundation") and its Too Small to Fail (“TSTF”) early childhood initiative, I am certifying that:
(a) My Submission adheres to the TSTF content guidelines set forth in the document “Let’s Talk About Guidelines”; and
(b) My Submission will not be used for any of the prohibited uses listed in Section 9 of the Licensing Terms.
If you are not sure whether your Submission meets these criteria, please e-mail info@toosmall.org prior to using the design. We will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days.

License Agreement
By selecting "Yes, I agree to the License Agreement above" and submitting materials, you grant the Foundation, and members of the Talking is Teaching Peer Learning Collaborative ("Partners"), a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submitted materials in any format or medium, for any purpose. You agree that you will not receive any compensation or royalties for this use and that there are no restrictions on how the Foundation or its Partners may use the materials.

By selecting "Yes, I agree to the License Agreement above," I give the Foundation (including Too Small to Fail and its Partners) permission to freely use and share on the Talking is Teaching website what I submit, without payment to me.
